Kate's Bedding

Here are some pictures of Kate's bedding. It turned out so good. Amy and I went shopping for fabric Wednesday and started the quilt. We finished the quilt and bumpers on Thursday and made the skirt on Friday. Now we just need Kate to get here so she can use the crib. :-)

Pictures from our trip to Alaska! Here is a picture of an old mine we went and hiked. It was so fun.

I wanted a picture by the mining cart. It was sooo cold.
We took a day cruise out of seward and here we are by a glacier. We saw some fun wildlife too.

This boat was picked up by the earthquake of 1964 and landed on marshy land pretty far from the water and has not been moved since.

It's a GIRL!!! We are so excited. We painted the baby room today. Three of the walls we painted white and the accent wall which the crib will be against we painted a light green. I had previously wanted to do white bedding/bumper but now I am thinking since three of the walls are white I will do more color on the bed. I registered at Pottery Barn kids for a comforter/bumper set. I am trying to do neutral colors in the nursery so we dont have to buy all new stuff when we have more kids. :-) Will post more baby bump pictures soon.

Here I am at 15 weeks and one day. I am gradually getting a little belly. :-) Baby DeShan is trying to let the world know he/she exists. :-)

Here I am at 13 weeks along. I am now in the second trimester! :-) This is right after a very good run with Eric. :-)

This picture above is our baby at 8 weeks. So tiny... The one below is our baby at 10 weeks.



These are some 4D sonograms of our baby. You can already see his/her arms, legs, eye sockets, ear buds..etc. So awesome to see. Our little one was very active as we took these pictures and even rolled all the way over. We also got to hear the heartbeat. What a treat.
